From his very beginnings, the intimate form of Lied has been a part of Christian Miedl's life as a musician. It was the main focus of his studies at Salzburg Mozarteum and also of his competition programs. Later, during his years at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, he also introduced a new Lied series with several concerts per season. Numerous recital programs show his in-depth knowledge of the repertoire.
